Thanks so much for simplifying this process! I was afraid to try this, not understanding which way to lay out the hat! Thanks again! I'm going to try it now!😊
I was going to do one today for my son. Thanks for reminding me the steps. I wasn’t sure if I needed a knockdown stitch but your combo of no show mess and wss was perfect.
Great question! 😊 We don’t hoop the wash-away stabilizer to avoid it bunching up and potentially messing up the fabric embroidery. 💜 Let us know if you have any other questions!
Great question, Kirti! 😊 The cost of thread per product can vary depending on the size and complexity of the design. For this particular design, it’s approximately a few cents to a couple of dollars, depending on the thread brand and amount used. I wish i had a multi needle but i have ptsd, autism & agoraphobia so i cant work. They make it so hard for anyone to buy one unless ya have savings or lots of money 😢

I’m curious about the rotation of your design. You said your design was already upside down in your machine, but it looked right side up. Maybe your machine is different, but when I have rotated a design so that is upside down, it looks upside down on my screen. Would you clarify this for me? Thank you.
To clarify! The beanie is hooped is upside down at the time of embroidery. This means the design is right side up on the embroidery machine. I did not have to rotate it - Ken.

Sometimes knockdown is necessary! It's a pleasure, thanks for watching and your support :)

Sooo helpful = great tutorial!!
Great tutorial, thank you Ken! 😊
Which brand stabilizer do you use?
Hi Ty for your video is the 5.5 freestyle station the same one that comes with the starter kit ?
Yes
Just great. Well done, Ken. Sadly we not have to wear them here (temperatures are too high)
Tropical greetings from Thailand, Ulli
Awesome thank you 😍
What is the maximum size of a design for a beanie that is flipped up the way you have it?
Good video thanks looks good
Is there a reason why you don't hoop the wash-away stabilizer with the hoop instead of floating?

What if you don't have a multi needle but a single. How do you hoop it then?
Im thinking to dive in this business but im really curious about the cost of the thread per product. For this design, how much it costs approximately?

Was that auto digitized or not. I will auto digitize small letters like that and then go in and clean up.
